The whole east wing — two bedrooms, a kitchen, a walled terrace and a pool — taken as one house for a week at a time.
The Residence is the east end of the original farmhouse, taken in its entirety. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a kitchen with a long stone counter, a sitting room with a fireplace deep enough to stand in, and a walled terrace with a pool the length of the wall.
It works as an annex of the hotel or as a house of its own. Breakfast can be brought over, the kitchen can be stocked before you arrive, and dinner can be cooked at your table by the restaurant team.
We keep a seven-night minimum from June to September, and three nights the rest of the year.

Atmosphere
A house, not a room
Families take the Residence for a week and settle into it — bread on the counter, wet towels on the wall, somebody swimming at seven every morning. We stay out of the way unless asked.
